Tavia, Thanks for the link. I am one of those who is cold all the time and this article helped me understand the reason behind it. I'm not thrilled with the 18-24 months theory, but am feeling great with my weight loss so can handle being cold for another 13-24 months. How are you doing today? Cindee 310/234/?

Yup! I stay cold--but then , I suffered from the cold before--(graves Disease and then Hashimoto's disease) . In fact I was waiting most of my life for hot flashes--but ended up not going through menapause--I had radiation treatment and my monthly just stopped. No menapause. Oh well--I'll never know what I missed! have a blessed day, Marian S.C.

I don't know about this 18 - 20 month thing. I am about 2 1/2 years out and I think it is worse this year than it was the last 2 winters. I can honestly say this is the only part I really hate about the whole thing. Betty Jo Lap RNY 7/11/03 399.5/206/150? over 230 inches gone

Hi Tavia! Let me tell you, at 21 months out I'm freezing my butt off still. I sure hope it doesn't last, oil is expensive this year, I really want to keep the thermostat down!
