Long Island Walking Partner

Hi, I had my surgery a few weeks ago and now I'm starting to feel up to start walking more regularly. I was wondering if there's anyone on Long Island near Franklin Square who would like to be walking partners? There are a few parks around here or we could just meet somewhere and get to it!

Stephen, There is a great group of people that get together to walk regularly. I joined them a few times over the summer. (I haven't been able to lately - my schedule has gotten out of control). Looks like a good group. I notice they even have a post-op excercise class at a gym in Mineola.

This could be a really cool walking group!! All of my online pals!!! (changing subject not to hijack thread) *running in fear* lol ps. home and happy.

So we have Valley Stream, Franklin Square, NHP & Westbury so far. Where would be good for us all to walk?
