My new date!
I finally have another date (my last one was Oct. 5th, and I got sick the night before). It's November 10th, so I'm trying very hard to stay healthy for it this time. Another 3 days of clear liquids...yuck! That was a hard thing to do, but I did it once so I'll do it again. Can't wait to post how much I've lost or what I am eating soon like you all do.

Hey you can post what you eat now, it does not matter if your pre or post op....
