Hello All ~hugs~ OK here we are at Thurs again.. Almost TGIF... Well lets see how we get through today.. What I eat yesterday was: B- 3 oz cottage cheese S- String cheese L- 2.5 oz pork chop, grilled veggies S- 8 oz Carb Control Choc milk D- Chicken Stir fry (3 oz chicken and mixed veggies) S- 1/2 cup popcorn That is about it... OK this is easy for me right now: B-Optifast S-Optifast L-Optifast S-Optifast and finally D-Optifast LOL Yummy Its ok though im almost there, 4 days and counting till Halloween!

Deb- Sorry I have been negligent posting. I was getting frustrated with lack of weight loss so I sort of stopped checking in. I actually was a 'bad girl" yesterday Yesterday- B 1 oz scrambled egg 2 slices of pinapple L 2 oz salmon & a few forkfulls of salad S 1/2 protein bar S 1 glass of white wine D 1 oz of chicken in chicken tikka masala sauce 3 T of saag panir (spinach and goat cheese) 1/4 piece of naan
