What did you eat?
Good morning.
No snow here in Rochester either but been wearing a new winter coat the past couple of days. Was at my sister's on Saturday and asked her if she had any winter coats that didn't fit. She did - so now it's mine. She started Weigh****chers last year and went from a size 18 to a 9 - I've gone from a 26-28 to 18-20 - so it's really fun shopping in her closet.
Anyway - here's my list (not real good yesterday but down a couple of lbs this morning)
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/3 protein bar
L - 1 piece of pizza, couple bites of salad
S - 1/3 protein bar
D - Chinese
S - Soy crisps

Cindee,
Yeah I did not see the snow this morning but then again hubby is the one that takes the doggie out to pee first thing in the morning. Well I have been stealing hubbys coats, he had a longer XL that fits me really well so I guess I will take that one. Today I took his L and it just a little lighter so all is good, just a little tight around the hips/butt..still to much junk in my trunk... O well....
Take care hun ~Hugs~

WOW!! 10 inches in Syracuse???? I live in Canton in the St. Lawrence River Valley and we only got an inch, which went away...
But you get lake effect, don't you? Here we are too far away from Lake Ontario for that, thank God!
I am pre-op still, surgery scheduled for the end of December. I have to lose 5% of my weight prior to surgery, alas! So today I ate
B-oatmeal & 4 oz of fruit yogurt
L- 1 cup tomato soup and 6 crackers
D- salad with lettuce, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes with Ranch dressing
S- 1/2 cup home made rice pudding (with Splenda)
I am working down to what I will be able to eat post-op. Currently, I am allowed 1500 calories with 150 g of carbs a day.
Hi Debra,
It is so much easier now being further post-op I can definately eat more things. I know our bodies will never be normal but it's close enough for me now.
B- sugar free chocolate granola bar
s- apple
l- salad with romaine lettuce, hardboiled eggs, peppers, cucs, green onions, feta cheese and low fat italian vingerette
s- strawberry yogurt
d- 1 4oz chicken cutlet mashed potatoes and string beans
s- swiss miss s/f hot chocolate with whipped cream
and of course water and crystal light.
Hope everyone has a great hump day. Take care

Liz,
hello hun ~hugs~ yeah I notice I can eat a little more at times then at the start and I even took a lil bit from a choc donut yesterday at work and it was WAY to sweet, it gave me such an after taste. I think that is awesome because now I really am not craving them anymore. Though I still mourn to be able to "enjoy" eating like I used to, but that is getting easier as well.
Take care and have a great day! ~hugs~
