What did you eat?

Good morning all ~hugs~ Ok well mid week and we are doing ok. This weekend looks like it might be a good one so that is great. Running to LI on Sat to get blood work done and then have lunch with Mom, heading back around 1pm. What I eat yesterday: B-8 oz carb countdown choc milk, 1/2 hard boiled egg (, just the egg) S- Stallone Pudding, 6 oz L- Meatball with melted Muzz, 2 oz S- Carb control yogurt, 4oz D- 3 oz Pork Chop, natural applesauce and grilled Zuccini (sp?) S- 1/2 oz, Pirates Booty (from health food store, low carb and fat, they are so light that the serving size of 1 oz it to many poofs, they look like cheese doodles, not bad on the salt either) Ok that is it....you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/202/125??

Debra Hello......Yupppp its ME !!! Good luck with the blood work this weekend...I am sure it will all go well. Enjoy lunch with Mom too !! Im not gonna post what I ate.....because Im not doing soo good there.......I need to eat more....I did eat LOTSSS this past weekend with Christine though !! Sooo for now I wont feel bad about drinking my coffee for my meals.... Christine spoiled me in the kitchen all weekend. BUTTTT...... Starting Monday......Ill join in the listing meals. Deb I am having a hard time right now, but more of personal reasons than health reasons.....I guess the personal things fall into the health things....Soo not eating right is probably a result of the personal stuff. Ill be OK in time at least I have to believe that. LOL I hope that one day we can meet when I am in NYC with Eve and Christine....I think we should have a Big Ol OH Party !! Deb I am actually Central NY.....Wayyyyy up....on lake ontario near Oswego. Farrrr farr away from ya all.....LOL Thanks for the encouragment, I updated my profile lastnight, I was saying in it if anyone doubts that TRUE REAL Friendships can be made here, just step back and look around. There is soo much love in this place. I have been blessed with meeting some wonderful people here....its hard to imagine people who post to a thread daily can become soo close to someones heart. I will admit life pulled me from here for a while. and it seems when I need this place and the friends here, you can just come back, and your all still right here. I am thankful for that !
