Reconstruction with UHC???
Hey Everyone!
I haven't been around much lately but I was hoping I could holla at yall to see if anyone has had experiences with getting reconstructive surgery using United Healthcare insurance.
I presently have Aetna PPO which sucks big time in my opinion. I had Aetna HMO when I had my RNY and that wasn't too bad money-wise, just a lot of paperwork and proof.
Open-enrollment time at my job is coming up and I am seriously considering changing to United Healthcare. It's an EPO so I would HAVE to stay in Network in order to reap the benefits but that's not a big issue for me UNLESS I decide to try to move forward with reconstructive surgery.
In any case, if anyone here has or know anyone who has had reconstructive surgery with UHC and wouldn't mind sharing your experiences, please respond back or email me at [email protected].
I'd really appreciate it.
And Cookie - thanks for outlining some of the legwork necessary for R.S. in your profile. Good looking out!
