Hello All ~hugs~ Well happy Monday everyone. I hope you all had a nice weekend, hubby and I had a nice Sunday and this morning. We stayed at a very nice resport with a wurlpool and fireplace last night and it was awesome. Wish we had more time but thankful for the mini get away. Well what I had yesterday: B- 8oz Carb Control Choc Milk S- 2 oz tuna with low fat mayo L- 2 oz ham, mixed veggies S-1 apple D- 4 oz Lobster tail with little butter, 3 bites of a baked potato (having the other one today for lunch. ) S-.5 oz Cheese its ok well that is it.... ~hugs~ You all have a great day! Good morning. Sounds like you had a fantastic weekend - aren't they all too short though? Did you use the whirlpool? I had a busy one too - seems like we just left work and here we are back again. Oh well, it could be worse. Here's what I ate yesterday. B - Carnation instant breakfast L - ff pretzel sticks D - Baked chicken, teaspoon mashed potatoes, mixed vegatables S - Cream of wheat Could never picture myself eating cream of wheat and especially as a snack but find that it warms me up when I'm cold, and I'm cold a lot since WLS. Cindee, Well it was a nice Sunday night. I wi**** was ALL weekend that would have been awesome. so that is why it was WAY to short. Yeah the cold thing is crazy and now that it is getting colder it is even chillier... Oh well a small price for losing weight..... p.s. I knew I was spelling whirlpool wrong... There's a bit of a tummy bug going around and I think I got it too so my stomach has not been feeling well the last few days. But here is what I ate yesterday anyhow: Breakfast: Cream of wheat cereal Lunch: Grapes and watermelon, a few crackers, a piece of cheddar cheese Dinner: A small peice of steak with peppers & onions, lentil peas, a spoonful of rice -Renee H. 387/217/-170 lbs.

Last night I made myself sick. It so pissed me off, too. I know about the pasta demon, but since I rarely dump, I figured "why not" and boy did I get the answer. I did not even finish the small bowl of noodles I served. I had the foamies and the works. *growls* well anyhow, I'm being good TODAY!!!!!

Angel, I hate when that happens, I hope you are feeling better today hun ~hugs~ Well as long as your back on the boat today. Hey it is good that it reminds us that we can not play with this at times. Hey! It sounds like you had a great weekend. Well, I still don't have much variety in my diet, although at my next appointment I should move to full solids so I can start trying new things. "Here's what I had yesterday: B: cottage cheese S: protein shake L: 1 cheese stick S: protein shake D: pureed roast beef with some gravy mashed up with some potato....YUMMY! Erin
