It's Period Time

OK somebody tell me what's the secret to taking weight off during the dreaded period. This is my 2nd period since I had my surgery and this is the second time that I have put on weight. I drink what feels like a gallon of water. I walk for over a mile a day. I just can't seem to take weight off for one week a month! HELP! ADVICE! PLEASE! Thank you.

For as long as you have a period you will get bloated and hold on to water and seem as if you have gained weight. Dont pay so much attention to the scale at that time. See us women will flucuate the week before the week of and the week after our periods. It is the water that we retain. So technically we only have an accurate weight one week of the month....lol....Dont dwell on the numbers....

Thank you for that. I just get frustrated that's all during this time of the month. I'll get used to it eventually.

hang in there and maybe dont get on the scale near that time to avoid the stresses OF THE BLOATING we experience. GOOD LUCK HAPPY LOOSIN lisa
