Good morning all ~hugs~
OK almost Friday so that is good. I have a presentation at work this morning which of course I am stressed over, hate talking in front of a group! I guess it will not kill me...
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with pineapple, 1 cup carb control choc milk
S- string cheese
L- 3 oz chicken thigh, cucs
S-Soy chips, 1 oz
D- Turkey Burger, 2 1/2 oz with melted Muzz
OK that is it, you all have a great day and wish me luck on my presentation....eeekkkkkkk, starts around 8am... ~hugs~

Hello hun ~hugs~ OK so it was rescheduled until Nov 10th now so that is good but I kind of wanted to get it over with. I hate giving a speech! But the funny thing is I love to chat....
Well thanks for sharing your menu, hey I wanted to ask you about the hot dog, I soooo want to try a dirty water dog from the trucks but so worried about dumping. Are they the regular ones that you eat?

yes I imagine I will have to eat the dog out of the bun, the bread would be to much I am sure. I will try it when I am ready, I make myself laugh, I still get nervous to try new things.
I did have come Diet Coke over the weekend and let me tell you, it does not taste like it used to. The gas was ok since it was fountain and not in the can but it make me poop. Sorry to be so bold but that is what it did. I guess it was the caffeine that did it. Oh well at least I know it is not as good as it used to be to me.

d-chicken and califlower
Not enough water, I really have to get myself to drink.

Hello hun ~Hugs~ I am glad to see you posting today.
I know water is hard to get in but it is so important in the weight loss. I try to get half the water in before lunch while at work. I have it sitting on my desk open so I can just take a sip every time I can. Weird thing is I can still drink a mouth full and it does not seem to bother me. I am not sure if that is good or bad but it gets it down.
