Yesterday wasn't too good for me - I was at a class in Waterloo all day and didn't care for what they served at lunch but here goes:
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/3 Advantage protein bar
L - Salad
S - 2/3 Advantage protein bar
D - 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 3 bites of hash brown potatoes (Denny's)
I'm trying to do better today. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Well hun, all we can do is out best.... ~Hugs~ sometimes it is very hard to make sure all the protein is in at the end of the day.

I ate
B - 1/2 scrabmled egg w/ 1 oz. rf cheese
S- 1 & 1/2 scoops Nectar Verry Berry protein shake
L- 1/2 c. turkey chili, 4 cucumber slices w. 2 tsp. dressing
S- 1/2 Southbeach crispy chocolate protein bar
D- 2 oz. teriaki chicken, 1/2 c. stir-fry( w/Pam) red, green & yellow peppers
S- 1 & 1/2 scoops Nectar Roadside Lemonade protein drink
trying to get more water in, and remember my chewable iron.

hello hun ~Hugs~ I love the teriaki chicken stuff....mmmmmm... Now we grill it that way but I did find a low carb mix that is really good as well.
