Hello All ~hugs~ OK TGIF YEAH... They say that Sunday looks ok so maybe we will be able to get a ride in on the motorcycle. Well what did I eat yesterday: B- 1 scoop choc protein drink, 8 oz carb milk, 1/4 banana and 2 strawberries. S- String cheese L- 3 oz shirmp with ketchup and horseradish, 1/4 cuc S- stallone pudding, 6 oz D- Chicken chow mein with some noodles S- 1 pretzel Stick OK that is it, I only lost .5 lbs this morning and I soooo wanted to break into the 20 single digits (209's) but I guess since I had the chinese food I do feel bloated.....ok well I will shoot for that over the weekend. Good morning Deb and everyone; TGIF all and I hope everyone has a nice weekend. Here is what I had yesterday. B-4oz carb friendly yogurt with 5 small ff animal crakers L-Sliced roast beef with horseradish and dill pickles D-Wendy's orange mandrian with low fat honey mustard salad dressing S-Carb free ice cream I am not drinking enough water. Good morning Deb, Yes TGIF for sure. If the weather stays like this, I think I'm going to hibernate for the weekend. Anyway, let's see what did I eat yesterday? B - 1/2 bagel, 2 slices bacon L - brocolli & cheese soup, 1/2 slice pepperoni pizza S - Stallone pudding D - Healthy choice manicotti OMG, look at all those carbs. I gotta stop. Will have to do better today. Started out ok so far. Linda, nothing wrong with a 1/2 a bagel. You got the protein in. Joanne
