Hello All ~Hugs~
Well another rainy day here in the Hudson Valley but hey, what can you do. I thought I was going to break into the 20 whatever (209) this morning but I had some beef jerky last night and I guess the salt was not good. I am sure it will be over the weekend.....another mini goal and then my Onederland That will be awesome....
Well it is almost TGIF so that is always a good thing.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz Cottage Cheese with 2 starberries
S- String cheese
L- Boneless Pork Chop, Grilled Zuccini (sp?)
S- Carb Control Yogurt, 4oz
D- Homemade Chicken Soup with 2 wings (carrots and celery)
S- ok ready for this: (and i wonder why I did not lose this morning ) 2 doritos, 2 pcs of beef jerky, and 1 pretzel stick
Ok so I was crazy at the end of the day. I wanted to eat everything in site last night. I am getting ready for..... well... psstt....aunt flows visit and it makes me eat..

Good morning Deb;
Well yesterday was an okay day. We are having our apartment painted and these painters are driving me crazy. My husband is at home with them, but does not ask the questions I want asked, and so I am leaving notes all over the house for the painters. Its been awful.
Anyway enough venting.
B-4oz Carb controlled yogurt
L-chicken left overs
s-five small pretzels
d-left over chicken with ff jello parfait
I hope it stops raining for you all on the east coast of NY.

I know anytime things are messed up in your own house it can get stressful and I also understand about the hubbys not asking the same questions. Well hang in there hun and think about how good it will look when this is all done.

B: 8am Coffee, 1/2 zone protein bar, water (this is within a period of 2 hours)
S: 11 am 1/2 zone protein bar
L: 1pm 1/2 PBJ on multi grain organic bread
S: 4pm Popcorn,( I know too many carbs but it was GOOOOD)
S: 6pm cup of coffee
D: 8pm 1 meatball
Water & Crystal Light
Thats it for yesterday....I am doing better today but it is only 10:30 am!

I have popcorn or pretzels in the house and I try to only have a little bit but sometimes I just crave the carbs since I try to stay away from them all day long. Hey at least it is not the whole bag like it used to be.

Hi Deb-
Sorry I haven't posted for a while. Work has been nuts. I have also been home-ridden for a few days telecommuting-- Evidently my hormones are running amok from all the weight loss, and aunt flow just won't stop visiting. Stays the WHOLE month-- TMI, I know. Anyway I am massive quantities of progesterone now, so hopefully things will get better. Did anyone else have this problem?
Anyway-
What did I eat yesterday
B= Protein shake
S= 1 oz of baked pita chips and 1 oz of cheese
L= I don't remember-- isn't that horrible
S= ice pop
D= about 1 oz of red wine-- gosh that felt good-- Just a little but I miss my red wine!
1/3 of a turkey burger
1 oz of a baked potato
3 mouthfuls of salad
That's it!

I have the other problem that I am so regular now that it is weird, got my friend the day after surgery and only skipped the following month after surgery. What I do notice is that it takes about 4 days to really start from the first sign of it. TMI here as well. O well, I guess we are all different...

D: 1 scrambled egg with cheese
In the beginning, were there days when you just didn't get in the shakes or all of the food? I just find it so hard sometimes! Sometimes I only get in 1 protein sheke. Of course, the next day I always manage to do better, but sometimes it's so hard! And 500-700 calories?> It's almost impossible with eating only 1-2 oz. of food at this point! At least I am doing well with my water and vitamins!

Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah I had my days in the beginning that I just could not get that much in but I really made sure I was as close as I could be, it sure helps some in the hair loss down the line or so they say. I am getting now about 600-800 calories a day but sometimes that is hard. I am not sure when I should be upping that or not.
Sometimes if I am not feeling all that good I do not get all my protein in but I try to get it in the next day for sure.
It will get easier hun with time.

Yesterday: bad day in Enzo-land
B: Banana and greentea
s: skipped {good thing}
L: Grilled panini with Turkey, provolone and Pimento and water
S: munchins brought to office and iced coffee
D: TACO NIGHT!! my wife decided it was TACO NIGHT last night....Perfect!!! It was soft tacos and like one will never fill up my fat stomach so I had three. (soft taco had refried beans, ground beef, cheese and I think sour cream or some kind of cream.)
S: no snacking last night cause I had to fast for the Pre-screening I had Done this morning.
