Hello All ~hugs~
Well another rainy day but I guess we needed it. These are the days I love to stay in bed and nap all day.
What I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk
S- String Cheese
L- Wendys small chili, half with mixed greens and cucs, light dressing
S- Carb Control yogurt, 4 oz
D- 4 oz Pork Chop, natural applesauce, 1/2 of small grilled green squash
S- 2 pretzel Rods

Yes it is raining here in Niagara Falls as well. I hate to see winter come, no sun......
Well this is what I ate yesterday;
B-Egg omlet
L-Italian wedding soup with wheat roll and a pear
s-chedder cheese
D-Chicken with grilled fall veggies
s-ff jello /low carb ice cream mixture

Ha! Anyway, I feel asleep on the couch last night until like 2am when I woke up b/c I rolled onto the floor. You know those dreams you have when you feel like you are falling and you wake yourself up before you get to the bottom? Well that is what happened to me but I wasnt dreaming considering I woke up on the floor. I seriously have the worst luck in the world.
Yesturday I ate:
B-one slice of swiss cheese
L-1/2 stallone pudding
s-the rest of the pudding
D-egg drop soup
I seriously have to start eating a lot more and get more carbs in I think. I weighed myself this morning and I weigh way too little, it is starting to scare me. I am too embarrassed to say. At the rate I am going, I am going to be in the double digits in a couple of weeks. I do not want to be the walking dead, you know?
Anyway, I hope my son takes a nap when he gets home from pre-school today b/c its so gloomy out and i get to do some laundry. Take care!

On no, don't go hurting yourself now, we just got ya feeling good. Hey don't let yourself get to thin hun, but I am sure it is hard to start eating full meals now since for so long you had to watch everything! Just take it slow and you will be holding your own before you know it. Did you ever think you would have to gain a little weight?

Good morning.
It's not raining here in Rochester but sure is a gloomy, fall day. Makes me wish I was home in bed sleeping too.
Here's my food list for yesterday.
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/3 Advantage protein bar (wild berry)
L - Spinach salad w/shredded cheese, little bit of tuna, ff vinagarette dressing
S - 1/3 Advantage protein bar (wild berry)
D - baked chicken, 2 bites of baked potato, salad, chicken broth
