Just a little depressed

Hey all my peoples just a little depressed right now. I'v got my 3rd visit with Dr. Cunningham next week. I was doing really well with my work outs and eating right THEN last 2 weeks ago I thru out my back (wasen't to bad just couldn't work out) by this past Wedsday i was find, so i get back in the Gym and on Thrursday morning my foot starts to hurt, i know what that it. So i take My meds but by friday its to late, i get Gout in my foot again. So thats kept me out of teh Gym for another 4 days. And it sucks because i'm depressed and when i'm depressed i do one of 2 things Go to the Gym or Eat and since my back and foot was messed up i'v been eating. I'm scared to get on a scale but i have another week till i goto the Doc's so i'm going to try to get in the Gym all 7 days and see what happens. He said that he's going to take me on for surgry but I don't like letting people down. I'v lot about 45 pounds since April and he see that i really want to do this not Lets see what Inserc is going to say. They should have gotten my Eval from the Shrink(which went really really well, didn't have to do that test everyone told me about, just talked for 45 Min then done) do i don;t know what to do now.... just goto the DOC next week and see whats the next step, i'm just one of those people that likes to have everything layed right in front of me and waiting....and on top of everything else I have to change Ins Co. in Jan because Health Now is being gay and tryin to force Wal-mart to make them the only choice we get for Insr in NY and they said NO, so i lose them in Jan. so if i can't get in by then end of the year i'm going to have to go thru al the Insr crap all over again for Blue Cross...... JUST NOT TO GET 2 WEEKS

Dwight, hun I know this journey is so upsetting at times but hang in there and do the best you can, that is all we can do! ~Hugs~ I know about the eating or working out thing, I have been doing stuff like that as well. I try to keep myself busy when I am home so I do not sit and pick at things all day. The good thing about changing Ins Comp is that your eval with all the Dr's are good for 6 months to 1 year so at least you do not have to go thru all of that again.
