Good Morning All ~hugs~ I have to say that I am sorry for posting and getting some of you worried yesterday, there really is nothing major wrong but did not want to post what I wanted because there are so many "eyes" tha****ch this board but thank you ALL for your support, my AMOS Family is awesome. I love you all.... ~Hugs~ OK enough mushy stuff.... Well what I had yesterday was: B-3 oz cottage cheese S-Carb control yogurt, 4 oz L-Homemade turkey chili with a string cheese melted on top, 6 oz S-Stallone Pudding, 6oz D-Homemade chicken soup (2 wings, carrots and celery), 1 1/2 slices italian bread with butter I know but it was so good Well that is about it all, have a great day! ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/211/125??

Good morning Deb; I am glad to hear everything is okay. I am sorry that we can not post what we feel because others might not like it, but then that is what I thought the support posts were for. Anyway, Niagara Falls is far away from you so I did not respond, but I was hoping everyone who answered you was able to help. Yesterday, B-Protein Bar s-1/2 protein bar L-home made chicken soup 1/2 protein bar s-1/2 protein bar d-pork chop, cup mash potatoes, carrots coffee with carb free creamer s-popcorn. Karen, Thanks for your support hun ~Hugs~ Everyone is the best here and love this place but I also do not like the fact that you can not post how you feel if it might "upset" someone but O well. I was wanting to try a banana again but I just don't know why I am worried about it. They would taste awesome in my vanilla shake... Good morning. I was off yesterday so don't have a clue what happened but I'll be sure to read yesterday's posts. Hope everything is okay though. Here's what I had yesterday. B - 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 3 bites of hash browns (Perkins) D - shrimp, 1/2 baked potato, salad S - leftover shrimp, protein bar Decaf coffee, water Will get back on track today. Hey Deb, We all love you too, Debra, are the best! Sorry I missed your call yesturday but like I said in the message on your cell I keep on forgetting to put the ringer on high when I leave my bedroom. I put it on low when I am sleeping b/c if I leave it on high and someone calls it gives me a heart attack. Anyway, I am embarrassed to put down what I ate yesturday but I'm still getting used to this "eating" thing. Slowing but surely its coming. I am losing too much weight and need to start eating more and more often. I am starting to scare myself. I think I might be getting sick as well. I am starting to get the sniffles, throat itches and feeling kind of achey but I do not have a fever. I am not going to call Dr.Gellman b/c I dont think it has to do w/my surgery. On the positive side, I went number two this morning for the first time since my surgery. Ok maybe that isn't such great news but it is for me and my known "poopy curses". Homemade turkey chili sounds so yummy. I am jealous. Too bad I am a terrible cook. Take care Debra and everyone else! xoxo Tavia
