insisional hernia repair surgery tomorrow

Well... tomorrow is the day... I am a bit nervous but glad to be getting this over with. Just dreding the pain after surgery.. hoping it won't be too bad. Will post again when I am up and around. Hugs Marla

been there done that but the only thing that was hard is that i lost all the weight i needed to loose then had the hernia repair ..but i am so full of energy that it was hard to stay down and not lift i am so used to doing everything... and the pain was bad but only for a few days then it wasnt bad...best of luck to you Stacy

Hi Marla, Good luck with the surgery! I know having pain sucks after surgery but it gets easier once you move around. I also have to have a insicional hernia repair surgery at some point but I told my surgeon I am not doing it any time soon. Let us know how you are when you are up for it. Please take care!! Tavia
