Good morning all, I just got my pic added. Don't know if it will show up in the posts. I was anxiously waiting my next appt. I hope I can still keep it. My Grampa passed away last night, and his funeral is going to be that same day. If the funeral is in the morning I am going to the physical cause it was the only appt. available this month. If not, I don't know when the next one will be available. My grampa lived a very long life, 94 years, healthy for probably 93 of it. I have so much enjoyed the time I have gotten to spend with him the last few years. He was my coffee buddy! Have a good day everyone, Shannon Arnold

Hi, I am so sorry about grampa--I recently lost my 94 year old mom. Older people can be such a joy--and we miss them so much when they are gone! But we have to be happy that we had them for so many years ! I have a suggestion--call your surgeons' office and tell them the situation--they may just find an opening for you on another date--that isn't to far in the future. I know that when I advised my nurse coordinator--she accomadated me --In fact she found a surgery date for me--and I truly believe that it was my mom nudging her to help me out! Thank You for the prayers !!! Grampa must be pushing for me, ended up the funeral can not happen until Friday afternoon, due to conflicting times for many. My mother is exhausted but doing well. I had called my surgeons office this morning to see if I could get my appointment changed. The only thing they had available was a month away. But all worked out well and I will still be able to go to my appt. Shannon
