There's gonna be a wedding!!!

Hi everyone, Just a little background, My DH and I eloped on Valentines Day in 2003, we had a big wedding planned for May 2004. I got pregnant in April of 03 so I had to cancel the wedding and tell everyone that we had eloped which was suppose to be our little secret. So no white dress for me, instead of a bridal shower I had a baby shower and instead of having a wedding in May of 04, we baptized my daughter and had a christening party instead of a wedding reception. But I've always wanted to walk down the isle in a princess style white wedding dress, it's been a dream since I was a little girl. Now that dream is coming true and we are going to renew our vows and have a fairy tale wedding on Feb 17, 2007. I am so excited and cant wait to try on wedding dresses... I know that in a year and a half I will be at my goal weight and be able to wear a beautiful wedding dress without looking like a big cannoli!!! Just had to share it with someone because it's too late to call anyone now and if I dont tell someone I'm gonna bust!! Not to mention you all are 2nd family to me!! Gia 257/186/125

Dear Gia, That's great news -- I'm so happy for you -- you'll have a blast. I had the best time at my wedding and was probably the calmest I've ever been in my life. You are going to look so beautiful.....That is great news. I have always wanted the whole cinderella wedding thing to but we could never afford it...Maybe one day. You go all out for it you waited long enough...Best wishes...............

Thanks LisaMarie... I'm not sure we can afford it either, but we're gonna try to stick to a stricrt budget and keep it immediate family which cut my original list from 275 to 125. still alot of people, but not as much! How are you doing? Gia

That is one of the nicest events that could possibly happen to a girl--especially the part about walking down the isle looking the way you've always dreamed of looking--we will want LOTS of pictures--make sure you give us a running account of the events leading up to the wedding--It's like a happy ending to a tale Congrats!!!
