I am a loser

hello all, I went to my two week appointment with doctor singh and I lost 23lbs in 2 weeks and 63 pounds since the beginning of my journey. I am so happy and surprised at the amount of weight in such a short period of time. I feel good except for one thing I have really bad pain in my lower left side of my stomach I feel like I have to hold it. If I sneeze or cough it makes me cry because of the pain. The doctor said he did a lot of work there and being that I am more active ect. he said eating (which is awesome) would help. I saw him yesterday and I put a call in to him today so see if maybe they can order me a mild muscle relaxer, so I am awaiting his call back, he is in surgery so it may be a while. Has anyone else ever have this? I cannot walk, cough sneeze with out pain, if I did not have this I would feel great. But even with this pain I am so excited and happy about my upcoming future of a healthier happier me. Thankyou God. love Amie L

Amie, That is good that you have a call into him. I know that the left side (where the pocu is now) hurt longer then any other place, it took a while to get totaly better. Even still there are times when I have a little sore feeling in that area but nothing to bad. Sometimes it just takes time to get ourselves back to normal.
