Hello All ~hugs~ Good morning.... I am getting ready to get into the shower and get my day started, have to be at small claims court at 10am. I just hope I have peace enough to get through this, I guess it hurts because I feel like I am reliving the fire and the loss of my furbabies all over again.. Oh well this needs to be done and put behind us so please send some prayers our way... ~hugs~ OK now for my stall, well I got on the scale today and was 213...yeah that down 2 lbs from yesterday but I can not help but think it is because of the stress these last 2 days that eveything I eat came out. O well, I will just have to work harder to make sure that I do not gain back. I started to walk at lunch time at work so that helps I am sure. Today I will have to wait until I get home to walk because I am going into work late because of court. OK onto what I eat yesterday: B- 3oz Cottage Cheese S- 12 grapes, String cheese L- 1 ckicken leg, cucs S- Carb Conrol Yogurt D- 2 oz beef burger, 2 corn on cob (wow can you believe I had 2, took a while but I did it ) S- 1 pretzel Rod OK that is about it, Have a great day all ~hugs~ Debra P 285/213/125??

deb i read your posts and i want to say your doing great... posting what you eat every day is a great way to stay ontop of things im very proud of you you have been a powerful example for everyone on this board pre and post op... keep up the good work... Stacy 232/137

Stacy, Hello hun ~hugs~ thanks for you kind words.. I know it was a good idea when I would look on the main board at what everyone was eating there so I said why not have something here as well, also Christine was a big part of this. Hey if it can help all of us at the same time, that is all good. and well I think it might help us stay on track in some little way. Good Morning Deb Sending (((((((((HUGS)))))))))) your way for today and saying a little prayer. You will get through this too but boy is must suck. Yesterday I ate B - unjury shake S - 2 ounces cheese L - unjury shake S - atkins shake D - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese some cheese from slice pizza S - 1/2 banana 2 tbsp PB I am trying to get back to basics and lose that last 15, I weigh myself on so many scales, (crazy I know) that I don't know what I really weigh anymore. Tina, Hello hun ~hugs~ Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, I know it will go fine or what ever way it should so I just have to take a deep breath and get over this already. Thanks for your support What about just weighing yourself on your own home scale in the mornings? that is what I do every morning, I know that is not good but I also want to stay on top of my weight now. Before I would eat what I shouldn't and NOT get on the scale then when I did it was like WOW how much did I gain, never again. Now I want to be on top of this and make it my number 1 thing to watch! Debra, Best of luck in court today. Sorry you have to relive losing your babies. I know how hard that is. Yesterday I ate: B 1 banana Unjury chocolate shake L 4 ritz crackers 3 oz chopped liver 4-5 frsh fruit pieces D 4oz Dover Sole 5 peanut butter pretzels I'll be praying for you. Linda

Good morning Debra. I hope everything goes your way this morning in court. I can't help but believe it will turn out just fine. To lose everything, and then have to go to court must be devastating. I will be thinking good thoughts for you and your hubby. Here's my list from yesterday.
