Karen, Yeah, hopefully with the gall bladder out all will be well. And I hate that stupid ER "game." No one ever wins! In any case, thanks for the kind words and calling us (and inferentially, me) "awesome." I've never been called that before and I'm sure I'm deprived. However, I have been called "terrific," "stupendous," and "amazing." Seriously... thanks! Dennis

Amazing! Unfortunately, even though the care one receives at a hospital SHOULD be good, it often isn't. I'm so sorry that Tavia, and you, had to go through all of this. Hi Dennis Feel your frustration ha!I'll would have gone stupid bad on ER intern because I think they are little prics(excuse my language,working with them all day long drives me crazy because we have to tell them what to do sometimes like we are their mother.Sometimes we have to make sure they don't hurt the pateint)You know they never listen to their cheif resident or the attending that why are always getting in trouble.That intern should have gotten written up but you now they all cover for each other.Sometimes the way they treat the pateint,we nurses usually have to tell them if that was your mother or your grandmother in that bed would you her to be treated like that.Sorry had a bad they at work.Any way enough about them,sorry surgey didin't happen today. I'm so sorry to hear Tavia is still having trouble after all what she went through now her gallbladder giving her trouble.You would of think they would have seen this from the very begining.Oh well good luck on thursday and hoping everything will go well. Dennis, My God what's the problem down there? They are professionals? As my experience has shown me I bet the ER Doc is at the bottom of all the confusion.Its a big mess for sure. Well at least the surgeons only problem is the people that are suppose to keep him informed are a bit flawed. I am not a real big fan of these people lately. I wish Tavia the very best and a speedy recovery. I must say you are quite the character and a very good writer. You both have a great sense of humor. With that I believe Tavia will be fine.
