Hi Everyone Hoping you all had a great week. Well today is the day! I weighed myself this morning but did not do as well as I did the last time. This week I lost 2 lbs. Hey it's two more pounds lost! Marianne, Congrats on your loss hun. hey you are moving down and that is all good. I have been stuck at the same weight for the last 3 weeks but I do feel my body getting smaller again. and well I have been walking more so I guess that is good too. we will see how it goes.... Hey Marianne I continued to weigh myself everyday, yes I am a slave to that scale, but I admit whatever it is I don't beat myself up but I am down 6 pounds since we started 5 of which came off immediately. I wasn't exactly strict but I did well, I am continuing too. Take care, Tina 330/168/150

Marianne Congrats on the 2lbs lost, I think it's better than not losing at all. Well I weighed myself on Monday, and if the scale did not lie, it read 185lbs, so that means I lost 5lbs. I will weigh myself on Monday again and see. Take Care Mery
