list of foods or product lines

I know I have seen posts before on what foods to eat, and great suggestions for protein supplements. But for the life of me I can't remember which posts I have seen them in. Do any of you have a list of foods or products, either in stores or online, we have a super Walmart, and a Wegmans here in our area, if you can think of anything particular to these stores, and there is a GNC at our local mall. Shannon, Hun below are some of the things that I have/had for after surgery... *Stallone pudding (GNC but better price at drugstore.com) *Isopure Choc protein powder (GNC) *Champion Whey protein powder (all flavors, search online for stores) *All foods at bariatriceating.com *Centrum Chewables (I take 2 a day and all seems fine) Those are some things that I found to be very helpful in this journey....food wise.
