Wow it was cold this morning on the motorcycle but what a way to start your work day......All charged up.
OK lets see if I can remember what I eat yesterday:
B- 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk
S- 12 grapes, Stallone Pudding
L- 2 oz Tuna w/ reduced fat mayo, 5 wheatsworth crakers and some cuc
S- String Cheese
D- 1/2 Atkins seafood wrap
S- 2 oz Watermellon

Hey you had a heat wave because when hubby and I left the house it was 39 outside. brrrrr but I was dressed all warm for the bike today so it was ok.

I'm sure it was a great eye opener first thing this morning !
It was 36 here whenI awoke this morn.......BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!

crackers
ice tea
D- hamburger(93% lean)
cottage cheese

My husband is 40 yrs. young today.
We are just going out to dinner tonight to celebrate .
He really is not very big on birthdays especially his !!
I told him he is in the prime of his life and it is time he starts showing me just how prime he is !!!! If you know what I mean !!!

Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yes it was coldddddd..brrrrr hey ya know I was AWAKE for sure when I got to work....
Thanks for sharing hun and hey please have fun at you hubbys 40....ekkkk in July I was the big 40... well I will do something big next year since my surgery was almost a month before my birthday and was not really feeling to well to go away any where...

Good Morning,
Yesterday I ate:
B- 3 oz of lf cottage cheedse (apple raisin)
S- none
L - small salad with swiss cheese, mozarella cheese and red onions
S - small fruit salad
D - Lettuce, 3 pieces of baked potatoes and beef
S - decaff coffee and 6 lf crackers
and only 48 oz of water, could not get that last bottle in. I will try to get in all my water today.

morning Deb!
My week has been incredibly hectic. Here's a funny one for you. I put on a pair of pants this morning. They fell down and I tripped gracefully to the floor.
The pooches thought this was great. They jumped on me and proceeded to wrestle. What a morning!
Breakfast: Yogurt
Snack: Mozzerella stick
Lunch: 1 C three been chili and 1 oz brie
Dinner: I want to business ****tail party-- so dinner was
3 sips of wine, 3 little sourdough toasts with salmon and cream cheese, 4 crackers topped with lobster salad (I ate the salad and left the cracker); and 1 tomato bruchetta.
What do you guys think of that-- is that appropriate? Did I overdo it?
Snack: Skim milk non sugar hot chocolate
