WLS & Pet Peeves

I had this idea during the night and had to post. I was wondering if any of you have any pet peeves that are WL related, and if so would you like to share? Here is mine! I HATE when you get that sudden attack of the runs and all of you know that WE MUST RUN to the nearest bathroom how when you get there and it is a public restroom that does not have seat covers, we need to stand there and pull the toilet paper out just to be able to cover the seat before we sit. Another PET PEEVE I have is: Now, as I am self conscience about the new internal odor that has developed since WLS, when you finally get that toilet paper down on the seat and you can FINALLY sit in what you hope is peace, someone has to walk into the bathroom and now you feel the need to try your darndest NOT to make too much noise in the way of bodily noises as well as that unpleasant aroma and find yourself flushing a million courtesy flushes. Then I just hope I can get up and out of the bathroom before anyone sees me and can pin the aroma evidence on me. If you have a pet peeve list it so we can all get a chuckle out of them. LOL!!! I can really relate to that one!!

I am still laughing. I can understand that and beleive me I have been there... I always carry my purse to restroom... and I carry my spray Happy cologne upon entrance and exit... lolo.... My pet peeve is so much water and so much protein - I feel like I need day off work to get it all in.

LOL! I can identify with that! For different reasons, since I have not had surgery yet. I have a colostomy and chronic diahrea anyway. I guess I'm off to a good start! Anyway I am curious about what new internal odor? I already have a different one from the colostomy since it comes out before it goes all the way down. This should be interesting! I too always carry spray with me. Looks like double trouble. I usually just carry on like I found the bathroom smelling like this. Janet

LOL!!! I can identify with both of those. On Saturday, I was at Shea Stadium and just HAD to go...what to do. Just call me the courtesy flush queen!
