Good Morning All ~Hugs~
How are you all doing today? Nice and sunny here but chilly, rode with hubby on the motorcycle today to work and it was cold.. Brrrrr....
Well what I eat yesterday:
B- 3oz Cottage Cheese
S- Carb control yoguart w/ 1 scoop protein powder and 3 strawberries cut up on the top
L- 2 oz Pork, babyback ribs - 5 slices cuc - natural applesauce
S- String Cheese
D- Shrimp with carb control sauce, with onions and potato
OK I think that might be it.... ~Hugs~

Hi Debra glad to see your doing well. It was freezing today I'm always cold now that I lost 115lbs lol
B- low fat yogart with fiber one cerel in it
s- 1 orange
l- 2 slices of thin cut whole weat bread 2 slices of roast beef and 1 slice of low fat american cheese
s-1 small bag of peanuts
d- 1 4oz. piece of grilled chicken breast 3 tbsp. of mashed potatoes and about 4 tbsp. of string beans with garlic and low sodium soy sauce.
-s sugar free fudgesicle pop
When ever I write down what I eat I realize I do eat a lot it's amazing. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Take care!!

Hello hun....you look awesome and congrats on the 115 lbs lost... That is just wonderful...
Yeah it really does help you look at what you eat, that is why I think it is so very important that we do this and so we can all get different ideas for what to eat.

Okayyyyyyyyyyyy yesterday....
For Breakfast... 2 cups of decaf coffee with skim milk and equal and 1/2 of a fat free pumpkin muffin.
For Lunch... 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
3 oz of grilled chicken
steamed carrotts
Snack... 1/2 cup of cheddar popcorn
12 oz decaf coffee with skim milk and equal
For Dinner... Ceasar salad with lite ceasar dressing
6 chicken strips with tomatoes
and a Mango Margarita with no salt.

Hi Debra!
Well I am keeping my fingers crossed that solids are going to stay down well now. this is what I ate yesturday:
B- 1/4 boca burger
s-cottage cheese
L-1/4 boca burger
s-1/4 stallone pudding
D-1/2 boca burger.
and of course lots of water and my usual assortment of pills.
So in all I ate a whole boca burger yesturday. I could NEVER eat that before. I made it kind of mushy so I am not getting to excited. The real test will be real food like chicken, steak, pork etc but I am not going to test those waters for awhile. Have a great day!

Hey this is a great start....YEAH.. so awesome hun and I can't wait until you can eat the chicken, steak and pork but remember not everyone can tolerate them, so if you can not do not worry that it is your problem coming back. Give it a chance and try many things....
