The obesity walk in Manhattan

Hello everyone. I rarely post on the New York board but I am curious as to how many people from here actually walked in the walk this weekend. I was there and saw a lot of people I could have sworn I saw before but I was too shy to ask questions and look foolish. I did have a good time. I think the walk was longer than the 2 miles they say it was but it was a good thing. So, were you there? Jess J

I was there-- I had my two pupsters with me. Maggie (mutt) & Nicholas (king Charles Cavalier). They were busy eating grass and making friends with everyone. I wish you had introduced yourself! I didn't know anyone there well, but I got to meet some great people. It was a fun morning Cheers- Andrea

Okay, You may not even still be reading the boards right now but I am so stoked! I remember seeing you and your dogs. My friend that walked with me also remembers you! Of course It was your dogs that rang a bell because on your profile you are not looking directly into the camera. I had a good enough time that I would do it again. I just noticed a lot of people seemed to know each other from other places and I did not know how they connected. Did you got to the Cafe after for lunch? Jess J

No, I opted to go home-- I just don't feel comfortable eating in public too much yet-- I am only 2.5 months out so I can't predict my stomach's reaction How about yourself?
