I hope you all had a great weekend, I did...hubby and I did not do much and it was great.. Rainy on Sunday but that was ok, just one of those lazy days.
Well what I eat yesterday:
B- Stallone Pudding
S- 1 pretzel Rod
L- 2 oz chicken wings in homemade chicken soup w/celery and carrots,
then had 1/4 grilled cheese (stole from hubby)
S- Sunflower seeds
D- 3 oz Spare Ribs, 1/4 potato and 2 oz Cauliflower
ok I think that is it...

This is what I had yesterday.
B-coffee with ff creamer
L-Baked Sweet potatoe with butter and 1/4 apple dumpling
D-leftover piece of stuffed veal chop with spinach and cheesing filling and a salad
s-ff ice cream
Hope you had a nice weekend. It looks like it will be a rainy blowing day for us today here in beautiful Niagara Falls.

morning Deb,
I didn't get in enough yesterday. Got in very late Saturday night after a fantastic time listening to live Blues, & fell back to sleep most of the afternoon. Here goes:
S 4-5 pieces of fresh fruit, pineapple,
cantalope & papaya
B 1 hard boiled egg with mayo
1/2 toasted bagel
D 1/2 slice of pizza, not the crust
1 Protein Shake

Happy Monday !!
I wasn't exactly on track yesterday as I was at the Buffalo Bills game most of the day but here goes:
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
L - 1/2 Italian sausage (3 bites of roll)
S - 1/2 Protein bar, a few ranch flavored Doritos
D - Cheese with a few ff Saltine crackers
Water
Hope to get back on track today.

I find it hard at times to be gone the whole day unless I pack some things to eat. Some places will not let you bring a mini cooler in with you so you are at their mercy, I guess that is when the protein bars come in handy. Other things like cheese, yogurt or cottage cheese all have to stay cool so it is hard.
Oh well we do the best we can... Thanks for sharing hun ~hugs~

Morning Deb,
I am glad you enjoyed your weekend . It was rainy here to on Sunday but still got some errands done . It is still raining here so it is a pretty gloomy Monday ! To top that off my allergies have me going !
I just got back from my doc's and my BP is still high , been trying for months to find the right combo of meds to bring it under control but still have'nt found the right one yet I guess !
My dog is doing better . When I took him to the vet on Friday they gave him a shot for the itching and said he is having an allergic reaction to a flea bite . They sprayed him with some Frontline and sent him on his way !
Guess what I am doing this weekend ? ..............................................

1 slice of toast
3 pcs. canadian bacon
coffee
L- ham & cheese sand.
10 tortilla chips w/ salsa
S- 1 glass of milk
12 ritz crackers
D- meatloaf
mashed potatoes
sweet corn
pears
S- 1 ff choc pudding
AND that is all she wrote !!!

Hun I am so glad that your doggie is feeling better. I know when they are not feeling well it can really upset you. Well it sounds like your next weekend will be cleaning from the bomb....eeekkkkk...

Ok, here it goes:
B - coffee with FF creamer
2 sausage links
L - 1 strip of meat from a diner gyro (dabbed on a napkin to blot grease)
lettuce and tomato
D - 3 oz baked salmon
1/2 cup cauliflower
Not the best day in terms of protein, but I'm handling my food much better in recent days that I have been. My loss has slowed drastically so I need to keep tabs on EVERYTHING!!
And my surgeon says to NOT snack. During the week, I split my lunch into two "shifts" (11:30am and 1:00pm) but other thatn that, I try not ot snack on anything...has any one out there been told the same thing?
