Join me for a week of "BACK TO BASICS"

Hi Everyone Have you all been dealing lately with former cravings trying to sneak back into the picture? If so,--would you be ready and willing to join me for a week of getting back to basics, and begin a week of getting back on track? If so, then weigh yourself tomorrow morning, eat/drink nothing but your protein, water, vitamins and your small protein snacks in between and then we will weigh in again next Monday morning, announce our total weight loss for the week right here on this thread. I am looking forward to jump starting myself again. It worked the last time and I am hoping it will work again to allow me to get to my final goal of losing my last 5 to 10 pounds. Let me know if you are good to go on this. REMEMBER: Weigh in tomorrow and then again next Monday and meet back here after your weigh in Monday morning to announce your results. Good Luck! Hey Marianne After a week in Disney with the kids and thinking I would break this sort of plateau, I was thinking of starting this tomorrow as well, so to come on here and see your post tells me that it is just meant to be so..... Hi Tina I am so ready today! I had my early morning water, vitamins, and for breakfast I had 3 slices of cheese, now I am just waiting my one hour before I begin to drink my water again and then for lunch I will have cottage cheese w/fruit, afternoon snack will be my protein shake, and then for dinner I am having white chili that my daughter made. It is loaded with all kinds of white beans and chicken----> she is one great cook! Just have to stay focused and remember that if I can do it for another week then it will be easier to stick to it and stay on program. Good luck Tina---WE CAN DO THIS! Hugs Marianne

Marianne Glad to join you. I was just told about this post. I went to the Doctor yesterday, regular check up. My weight was 190lbs cried all night. I feel like a failure. In May my weight at my surgeon's office was 175lbs, could this really be. I was so upset I felt like I will post my weight again on Monday. Mery

Oh Mery Please don't be so down on yourself. Have you been doing anything different to have given you this increase? I am so nervous of putting pounds on that I find it best for me to weigh myself everyday, this way I can use it as a guideline. I am glad you are joining us. I am sure this is only a temporary setback and those extra pounds will drop in no time. Have you been taking in your protein and water as well as vitamins?
