Yeah another Friday and looking forward to the weekend, hubby is off work and we are doing NOTHING. Well that is how it starts out but I really want to try and do nothing this weekend. maybe some riding but that is about it....
Ok what I had yesterday is:
B-1 cup Carb Control Choc Milk
S- String Cheese & 12 grapes
L- 1/2 Pork Chop, natural applesauce and cucs
S- Stallone Pudding, 10 thin pretzel sticks
D- 2 oz chicken wings in homemade chicken soup broth
S- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Today I have a question to add:
Does it feel strange to you that your body is changing almost everyday when you look in the mirror? I seems so weird how mine is changing, it really so cool but so weird as well..

Well I must say this....yesterday I did'nt do such a great job at controlling that urge to stress eat !!!!
I did okay up until I got that call from my surgeons office canceling my consult again ! So here is what I had ...............
B- 1 c. oatmeal w/honey
1 slice of toast
1 sm. bananna
L- 1 1/2 c. veg. soup
4 ritz crackers ( wheat kind )
1 sm. apple
Then HOLY HELL BROKE LOOSE !
SNACKS .......
1 pc cheesecake
dorritos
D- 1 Big Mac
1 lrg. frie
1 lrg. choc. shake
1 apple pie !!!!!
YES I did not stop there then I had later at night..............................
S- The rest of those damn Dorritos
So there you have it ! How do I feel now ......... MUCH WORSE !!
As far as my body changing ? It just keeps getting bigger !
I know that in time though I will be able to answer that question differently when I am on the losing side of the tracks but for now that is my reality !
As for you my dear ..... YOU GO GIRL .....!!!!!!!!!
You know that the 217 will not last for long so hang in there you are doing absolutely wonderful !

My DH is working all weekend so I am just gonna hang around home I guess !

Hello hun ~hugs~ Oh my......when I see you typing the big mac I want to run and get one... Hey old habbits die hard! The funny thing is I know I would get sick and I bet I would not even enjoy them now but it still does not stop me from craving..
Well hang in there hun and before you know it you will be on your way. ~Hugs~ I know it gets crazy at times, this journey, but it has been so much worth it and I am not even close to finishing it. I still have so much more weight to lose and THEN the PS will have to be done once my body gets done tightening up after all that loss.
I am hoping to break out of the 217 thing this weekend. I know I have been eating more salt this week so that might be part of it and the fact that I dropped almost 5 lbs last week so I guess I need time for my body to play catch up.

Seriously , though I did not mean to get you going with that !
I know how hard it is to stay away from those foods and it can drive you !!!
Know This......... I did not feel any better after I ate it I just got more depressed knowing I just ate 2 days or more worth of calories and fat at one sitting !!!!!

My body is changing all right. Getting a little flabby
but with my clothes on I actually have a waist!
Here's what i ate yesterday
B 1/2 Protein Shake (Chocolate Unjury)
1 Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Smoohie
1/2 cup of coffe w/ milk
L 1 oz cheddar cheese
D 2-3 oz Butterfly Shrimp w/ Bacon
S 1/2 Protein Shake
water, crystal ligh****er

Yeah mine is so flabby also but I did notice a slight change in my arms, still flabby but tightening up some.....SOME.. Yeah in clothes it sure looks great..

Yes it will happen to most of us but you are right, I am pleased that I am going DOWN. But I have to make jokes about my wings helping me walk...

Hey Debra,
With the body thing...its weird...sometimes I look in the mirror and really notice the difference...and then other times I look and dont feel different at all....
Here's what I ate:
B- south beach peanut butter bar
L- 1/2 of a Mcdonalds grilled chicken salad
D- 1 boca burger/with 1 piece of cheese, 1/2 red onion/ 1/2 of tomatoe
s- 1 scoop of friendlys sugar free vanillaw/sugar free chocolate
I felt sooooo sick after this...there must've been sugar alcohols.
