Good morning, on this beautiful day! My food for yesterday: Eye Opener: 2 cups of coffee w/milk- 1/2 reg, 1/2 decaf B-1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, carb control canned peaches L-3/4 of a slice of pizza S-single serving bag of soy chips D-chicken thigh, 1 tbs. rice, broccoli S-sugar free eskimo pop water, water, crystal light lemonade

Good morning Deb; I went to the doctors yesterday for my second consult. If I did not have this reflux issue I could of gotten my date yesterday. The surgeon kept saying how sorry she was but wanted to take it slow. So I have to have another endoscopy in 6 to 7 weeks, if all is well she said any date is mine. I have waited 1.5 years for this so I can wait just this little while longer. On the good side, I had lost 15.5 lbs. B-protein drink s-yogurt L-chicken salad with ff ranch s-apple with cheese d-south beach dinner with ff ice cream for dessert. Thanks for letting me sound off. Karen

Karen, Hun that is great on your weight loss Hey that is an awesome start... You will get your date soon hun, hang in there and know the Dr is taking every precaution for your safety so that is a good thing. You will see it will come so quick... My food for the day yesterday-- B- Yogurt S- Protein shake L- Tomato and mozzerella salad D- Mussels in red clam sauce-- first thing I cooked at home that I could eat!--33 little ones S- Low carb, low fat, low sugar ice cream- (bad, I know) That's it Cheers! Andrea

Andrea, hello hun ~hugs~ That low fat, low sugar, low carb ice cream is not bad hun. I can only have less then 1/2 cup for it makes me feel icky. Not that I throw up from it but it makes me feel sick to my pouch. Thanks for posting hun, have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/217/125??
