Need more proof???

I got a phone call today from Cori. They said that i needed more information on weight loss attempts over the past 3 years. I dont know if i can get that. I switched docs this year and i know they have my records but i dont know if the old doc wrote anything down. It took me a while to get the first letter. I dont know what to do. I mean i have been a member of weigh****chers enough times that i should have stock in it, i have tried every thing there is out there. I didnt keep any of my books from weigh****chers casue i was always so worried someone might find it and know what i weigh. ANy suggestions??

JUST wanted to offer you a great big (((HUG))) your having some trying times with getting your approval. YOUR gonna have to phone the doctor and see whats in the file about the attempts. KEEP that chin up and stay positive! LISA

LisaMarie, Hello hun ~Hugs~ I had to go through this myself but I had to do a 6 month weight loss program before the paperwork was even submitted, what a bummer....
