Christine, I know hun and thanks for your support, your the best. I guess it might be harder for hubby and I because we do not have kids and they are it, but I guess if your a animal lover it will ALWAYS hurt. Well the pretzels are ok if we stay within the low carb plan right? I love taking a few and crunching on them, the salt is key at times I think. Well take care hun ~hugs~ Your the best. luv ya... Hi Debra, I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I have a cat also and if anything were to go wrong with her, I would be beside myself. I've had her for 9 and half years. She is my baby. So I understand how important our "babies" are. *hugs for ya* As far as my eating. I binged last night and now I wish I hadn't. It is real hard to eat right. I bought healthier food and been tryin to eat better, but it is hard. I am tempted all the time to go to fast food. I know it will be better after the surgery though. I go on monday to my consult appointment. I'm kinda nervous but I'm sure it will go ok. Take care, debby

Debby, Yes it is hard when our "babies" get sick.. O well, I guess this is what comes with having pets.... Well the binging is hard to control that is for sure, I tried keeping good stuff in the house but it was still so very hard. I did find it helpful that I stopped carring cash and would have to use my debit card which stopped me from getting most fast food but now they almost all take it. Well do your best hun and yes after the surgery you will see how different you will feel and act. Take care Debra P 285/217/125??

Hi Debra, I'm sorry to hear about your cat not doing well, and your financial issues. I am dealing with a lot of stress in my life right now. My husband has had MS for 11 years. He has always been able to keep it under control with medication. The meds don't seem to be working anymore, and he is not doing well. He is unable to work. I am stressing...big time, and want to eat everything in sight. We went out to dinner for our anniv. last night. Ate a little too much...oh well. Today's a new day. Yesterday's food: B-1/2 low fat cottage cheese w/low carb canned peaches S-coffee w/milk L-3 oz tuna/mayo,salad S-small bag of soy chips D-small piece of italian bread w/butter, 2 shrimp parmigan(sp?)YUMMY! I also tasted my family's entrees, lol, but stayed away from the pasta! small glass of wine
