Help Losing More Weight!
I have had my surgery 14 month ago. I have lost 105lbs. I am down to 145lbs at 5'5". I am looking and wantint to lose at least 20-25 more lbs desperately. I have been at this weight for about 3 months. I really need some suggestions on what I can do to jump start this weight loss again. All suggestions are welcome. I used to exercise, but havent had the time. I drink bout 60-70 oz water a day. I havent been drinking any protein shakes, but have the occasional protein bar. Has anyone been here and if so, what did they do and how long before I will stop losing? BOO HOO-Help

I just got over the same situation just last week--I BROKE MY PLATEAU! I had been at a standstill since June 1. All I did was I went back to the basics. Protein, water, and vitamin supplements. I was able to lose 5 lbs that week and maintaini it. I am going to start again this week too, I just wanted to take a break from not having carbs. I want to lose 5-10 more pounds to get to MY goal. I have already passed Dr. A's goal and Judy does not want me to lose anymore than what I want to lose. If you up your water and up your protein I think you will see the scale move. I do a protein shake for breakfas****er in between meals, protein meal for lunch, and a protein meal for dinner. I cut out the carbs while I am doing this--no bread etc. I was soooo shocked to see the scale begin to move again. Take care and let me know how it works for you. Let me know when you want to start and I will do it with you and then we can do a weigh in a week from when we start. Just let me know, I am here for you ready to get the scale moving again, and hopefully I can lose another 5 lbs!
