Plastic surgeon in Rochester, Buffalo area????

I am 17 months post op and down 120 lbs. I need to have plastic surgery and am having a hard time finding anyone to recommend a surgeon in the Rochester, Buffalo, Elmira, Sayre AREA? Anyone? I have Aetna insurance and everyone recommends Dr. Pennino and he doesn't take Aetna..ugh..any help appreciated. Faith

I live in Rochester- the only one I would go to is Dr. Pennino. I worked with him for a long time and he is the best. It's unfortunate about the insurance. Wish I could help you but He is the one I would have recommended. Good Luck.
