Had my intake yesterday!!!!!!!!

Seems all went well, boy was it a long day, I was there for 5 1/2 hours, there were 3 others at the intake session as well. I did find it very informative, loved the nutritionist, she made things sound not so complicated, and much less stressed about it now. I called this morning and got my next 2 appointments made. I go for my physical Oct 13th and then one with Dr. Cole and my hubby Nov. 7th. The appointments seem so far apart. They dont send to insurance until after my Nov. 7th appointment, so I could be looking into Dec. or even after that for WLS. But for now I am happy, Psych. eval was yesterday also, and that went well, no tears just laughter, she is sooooooo nice. Plus it helped that I knew her from the support group meetings. Hi Shannon, Congrats ! Glad that you are getting closer to your surgery ! I have a consult with my surgeon on Sept.22 nd. and it sure feels like it is never gonna get here ! It is such a long process but I am sure it will be all worth it in the end !
