Are there any support groups in the Bronx?

Does anyone know if there are any support groups in the Bronx for this month or next month? Please let me know one way or the other! I would greatly appreciate it and also how do you find out where the nearest support groups are to where you live?

There is support group meeting in Yonkers at St. John's Riverside Hospital on the third Thursday of every month. The next meeting is Oct. 20th. Joanne
