Debra Glad you are feeling a bit better ! My daughter is still feeling bad so I guess it is time she goes and sees the doc! She got worse as the day past yesterday ! Well anyways here is what I had to eat yesterday: B- 2c. Cherrios w/ 1c f/f milk S- 1 med. bananna L- 2c vegetable beef soup w/ 2 bread sticks 1 6 oz. glass of sf & ice tea D- 2 pork chops 1 ear of sweet corn and 1c. mashed poatoes 1 8 oz. glass of sf ice tea Did much better yesterday than the day before that ! Carol, Hun I am sorry to hear your daughter is not feeling better today, I am still :bark: feeling but able to eat a little more and getting all my protein. Hi Debra Just got back from the doctors a bit ago . My daughter has an intestinal bug.... just as I thought ! The doctor wants to take stool samples and do a cbc (blood test) tommarrow just to be sure though. She told her to get plenty of clear fluids and nothing to eat only something really bland like macaroni noodles with nothing on them or plain rice . Sounds real appetizing ...HUGH ? DOC. said it would probably take about 7 days or so before leaving her system. I bet you had the same thing Debra ! I hope you are feeling better now ! Well hun take care and get your ! Carol

Morning, folks. Here's my list: B - 1/2 Luna Protein Bar L - 1/2 c cauliflower 3 grilled chicken wings (which I'm never having again!!) D - 2 bites of a hot dog (BLECH!!!) One of the most amazing things about my WLS is that my body just can't tolerate mediocre food. I MUST eat good food: fresh vegetables (nothing canned), good cuts of meat, and I no longer crave fried foods or super sweet things. I still love my carbs but no longer eat them at every opportunity. Laura, Yes it is weird that we crave the good things most of the time. I get in my moods where I crave carbs still but dealing with it. My hubby is also eating better and when he does fast food he says he feel crappy after. Your body gets used to good things and it starts to crave that. Hi Deb, Glad to hear you're feeling alittle better. It's great to see everyone posting about what they are eating. It gives me, hopefully all of us, new ideas. As we all know, eating the same thing day after day gets boring. Anyway, here goes. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast - yes, I know I drink this almost every morning but I'm not a breakfast person S - 1/3 Advantage protein bar L - Small caesar salad D - Shrimp with Chinese vegetables S - Fat free pretzel sticks Decaf coffee and water Have a great day and may you feel better as the day goes on. Debra, Hi, It was so nice to hear from you last night. Thank you for caring. I'm reading what everyone is eating....I cant seem to manage that much food. I get in about 2 meals a day. I'm having a hard time with stopping drinking to eat, I always want to drink....so then it's hard to stop, wait a half hour eat, and then wait another half hour. I guess I really have to work on it. Janean, Hun it was nice to get to talk to you last night as well and I am sorry for all the BS that you are going through right now. Some days are better then others on the amount of food and I have to be honest, I really do not wait long enough before and after I eat because I am so thirsty and I need to drink. If I am so full I can not drink then I don't but most of the times I stop before that and drink. I never do it together but right before or after. Well I work on it as well but to get all my water in each day I have to cheat on that. Well take care hun ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/221/125??
