Roll Call and support

I know I'm late ,been out with moms taking her to the doctor.Saw your profile and you look great keep up the work.It been slow for me but I'm taking advantage by exercising and loosing inches instead of pounds.Had a doctors appt. with nephrologist and he added back two B/P medication but that's ok. It is a wonderful day to be outside I'd enjoyed it ,I hope you did too..Hope your doctor appt.goes well ,your foot surgery goes well and speedy recovery. Claire.
