My WOW moment of the weekend!!
Hi all! My husband and I flew down to Nashville TN to visit my family. I havent seen some of them since last summer...what a difference since then!! LOL Well, the last time I flew, I had such anxiety (it was out honeymoon 10/01), I had to ask for a seatbelt extender and I used up 1/2 my dear hubbys seat...thank god he is thin!! LOL Well, this time, I got on the plane, didnt hit the chairs walking up the isle with my wide ass, sat in my seat (only used one seat this time!!), buckled my seat belt....ACTUALLY pulled the seatbelt tight and there was some of the belt hanging!! but the BEST was I could actually put my tray table down and use it!!! WOOOO HOOOO!! I guess thats what a loss of 153lbs will do for ya!! I was grinning the whole plane ride. I even got up and used the restroom!!!

Lisa,
Congratulations to you. I'm so happy you were able to fly without any problems. That is actually one of my goals - to be able to fly and not have to ask for a seatbelt extender - I'm always so embarrassed when I have to ask for one. As of today, I'm down 58 lbs but am not flying again until December so hopefully I'll reach that goal.
Have a great day and thanks for sharing your wonderful news.

CONGRATS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You must be so proud of yourself girl !!!!
I have never had the experience of flying as it is one of my fobia's and from what I have heard it isn't a very pleasant experience if you are a heavy person so I guess I am not missing anything at this point in my life but as soon as I have the chance after surgery and I am that lighter weight I am going to face my fear and ...CHECK IT OUT !!!!!
Thanks for sharing with us !
Take Care,
Carol
