Hey Deb I'm finally joining in..... B - unjury shake 20g S - 2 string cheese & cheddar cheese 21g L - unjury shake 20g S - cheedar cheese 7 g D - 1/2 quesadilla (chicken & refried beans) ?g S - 1/2 c Edy's ice cream sf which I kind of dump on! I also grazed a little while cooking. Got in all my vitamins and like 200 ounces of liquid these last 20 pounds are gonna kill me. Glad to see you are doing well! Take care, Tina

Tina, Hun I am so glad that you are joining the check in because it will help us all to learn and get new ideas... The s/f ice creams have way to much sugar alcohols(sp?) in them but I did find a carb control ice cream that has much, much lower alcohols. Yeah I am bad for tasting as well. Wow that is so much liquids, that is good but I am just getting in about 64-80 oz per day. Yeah from what I see the last 15-25 lbs are the hardest...good luck with that hun, you have done awesome.... Debra, It's very informative seeing what everyone eats each day - thanks for keeping this going. Here's what I had yesterday. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast B - Decaf coffee (black) L - Cream of chicken soup w/goldfish crackers D - Small caeser salad with grilled shrimp - Outback S - 12 small fat-free pretzel sticks And of course - plenty of water Have a great day.

Hi Deb... It's been a while since we spoke. It's good to see that you're doing okay. I checked out your profile, you look great. I am down 34 lbs. since surgery. I find myself wishinf it could be more, but according to the doc, I'm doing great. Maybe, I'm just being too hard on myself. I don't know. Anyway, I've been trying to come back on this site, little by little. This site was what gave me my inspiration to begin with, and I'm hoping to find it again. Call me, or email me........ Thanks for the support hun and yes you are being hard on yourself, think about before this surgery how long it would have taken you to lose that 34 lbs..... but I can understand because sometimes I feel like it is taking forever also...
