Hello All, Just wanted to post what I had yesterday and to see how you ALL are doing today? ~hugs~ I am under the 100 lbs mark, meaning I have 99.5 lbs to go to reach my goal but taking it in smaller goals first. These smaller goals make it feel doable (is that a word? ). Well what I had yesterday was: B- Stallone Pudding (choc) =20grms protein S- 12 grapes, String cheese = 8 grms protein L- 1 cup Manhattan clam chowder = 5 grms protein S- Protein Bar (from surgoens office) = 15 grms D- Top Sirloin 1 oz, 1 egg, 1oz cheese mixed together = 20 grms S- Air popped popcorn OK I think that is it... Morning Deb, Ok so here goes for yesterday... B- string cheese S?- ice coffee w/unflavored Unjury and hazelnut creamor L- Tuna pasta salad ~1 cup....& string cheese S- another string chesse... i was really hungry?? don't know why D- 2 small meatballs & salad S- handful of chips and a healthy choice fudge ice cream bar Enjoy the day.. wish I was off it is just beautiful out! Good Morning Debra, Beautiful morning.... would'nt you say ? Especially being hump day and all ! Well here is what I ate yesterday: B-1c.cherrios w/1/2c.skim milk L-tunafish sandwhich( made w/light mayo and onions) 1c.tomato soup glass of sf Ice tea S-1 slice of chedder cheese 1 snack size bag of dorritos (BAD GIRL) D-4 oz. baked haddock (yummy) 1/2c. mashed potatoes(used " I Can't Beleive It's Not Butter Spray") 1 C. sweet corn 1 Glass of s/f Ice tea S- 1-f/f s/f choc. jello pudding I guess it was pretty much fish day for me ! I did try very hard to eat better though ! Hope you have a nice day! *Hugging ya back* Carol

Carol, Yes it sure is awesome out, love this time of year... Sounds like it was a good eating day, they say the fish is so good for you so have at it... I know it always agrees with my pouch. Thanks for sharing hun ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/224.5/125??

Hi all, Gee, I have a hard time remembering what I ate today let alone yesterday but lets see what I remember...... Breakfast: cup of coffee w/ my vitamins Snack: slice of cheese and small fruit cup Lunch: grilled chicken from Mc Donalds ( only ate a few bites of just the chicken, no bread) sliced tomatoe Snack: 2 small plums Dinner: 5-6 bites of ham steak, 1/2 ear of corn, and a few bites of mashed pot. Snack: 2 SF twizzlers coffee I think thats it....Sounds like your doing really well Debra, keep up the great work! Karry 311/170/160 ish goal

Karry, Yeah I know me too that is why I try to post it early. I feel like I am moving along and I take it day by day.. Thanks for sharing what you eat, I am hoping it will help us all with some new ideas.... Debra P 285/224.5/125??

Hi Debra Haven't been here in awhile as my computer was sick with a virus!! You are doing great!!! Keep up the fantastic job. What did I eat yesterday? Decaf tea w/vitamins & meds FF Milk B- 3 Tbls scrambled w/1 oz. cheese Water L- 2 oz. Buffalo Chicken Wing spread on 4 Triscuits Water w/vitamin FF Milk D- 2 oz. chicken breast w/1 Tbls. mashed pot. Water FF Milk S- 1 oz string cheese I am trying to consume my protein and calcium everyday. I find it very hard as I have no desire to eat so I have to force myself to fix my meals. I can fix my hubby his meals and have no desire to eat any of it. Is this normal?? Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. {{{{HUGS}}}} Brenda

Brenda, hey there hun ~hugs~ So good to see you posting and I am sorry about your computer.... but glad you are back... Thanks for the support hun, I am moving forward and just taking it day by day... I am not sure what the Buffalo Chicken Wing spread is but it sounds good to me. I still want to eat but just not as much in the sitting. I am starting to enjoy my good food more now which makes me happy because for a while there everything tasted icky.... Hi Debra, Yesterday I had: B - Fage Yogurt and High Protein Bear Naked Cereal Latte with skim milk S - Protein shake mixed with water L- 1/2 cup turkey chili; 1/2 light english muffin S- 1/2 power crunch bar D - 2.5 ounces hamburger; light ceasar salad. Happy Wednesday! Mary 302/198.5/1??
