Hello and Happy Labor Day

Good morning, All - The board's been so slow lately...I know I miss seeing everyone and hearing what they're up to - so I decided to come out of lurk mode and say "Hey"! Hope you're having a wonderful holiday. I've caught up on some much-needed sleep, and on Saturday stocked up on some liquid diet and pre-op supplies. The only prep I have to do for my Sept. 30th surgery is a 48 hour liquid fast. My work schedule will be so nuts from now until my surgery date that I thought I should take advantage of the extra time off now. Wishing you all well, Mary Mc

Hi Mary, I miss seeing the posts also. When the weather changes more people will be in and posting. I also feel like I've been busier since I started losing weight. I do so much more now with my kids than I did before surgery. I also find I'm more motivated to do things around the house......my energy level has definately increased. Wow...Sept. 30 will be here before you know it!!!! The time will fly by. Take care, Janean
