well i'm still waiting for a surgery date but i think i'm just being impatient after reading so many other profiles I just had my consult on8/10 but i've been overweight for 34 years so i guess i have a right to be impatient right

YES its hard waiting but it will come together.
DO you have to get any clearances from other specialists pre op?
I know after that first consult i was busy seeing cardiologists, pulmonary doctors etc. for my pre op clearances.

Hi lisa well I did my egd and they are waiting for those results but they haven't sent me anywhere else they said other than the weight and asthma I'm basically healthy I the patient coodinator said it will be probably the end of the month but give me a date It's awful just hanging around
