How Do You Put Your Picture In Next To your Post?

Hi everyone I have a question for you! I was wondering how you insert your picture next to your post? I am not very computer witty I see that Debra, Christine, Dee and others have theirs next to their posts and I have one but don't know how to put it there . You must send it to obesityhelp and ask the volunteers to put it in. I believe it must be sent in as an attachment. Check pinelope's posts on the main page as she reposts it daily with directions. Good luck. Hugs Chris
