Wendy, The surgeons at Univerisy Hospitals Bariatric Center in Syracuse, NY are WONDERFUL... I had Dr. Simon.........AWESOME, AWESOME.... they have a great program. Not sure if they accept self pay, but it's worth checking it out. They also have a website...... upstate.edu/uh/surgery/bariatric/ don't forget the www. Good luck Tammy
