Question? Time off from work.
I was back to work in 12 days. HOWEVER, i work in my home doing family daycare and those weeks was before summer break when i was able to nap while the daycare kids napped and it helped.
HOW much time you take off also depends on what kind of work you and what your doctor also recommends. We all heal differently and have different tolerances.
A person with a laboring job verses a person who sits at a desk and works might have different back to work times...what sort of work do you do???

Pat,
I went back to work after 4 weeks. I could probably have gone back after 3 weeks; but the 4th week make a huge difference in my energy level. I did start working from home after a few days. That wasn't too bad because I didn't have to commute and I could do an hour or two at a time and then rest.

Patricia,
I would check with your Dr first but I took the 3 weeks off, the 4th week I came back 1/2 days. It seemed to help coming back part time to start, I was so nervous about what foods I should eat without getting sick at work. It all went well and I just kept to the foods that I knew were ok and now I have become a little bit more brave.
Well take care hun ~Hugs~
