Save the Date (10/22) NY/CT POST-OPERATIVE CONFERENCE

On Saturday, October 22nd, at Norwalk Community College from 8:30 to 1:30, those of us involved with the support groups at Norwalk Hospital are sponsoring a post-operative conference for Connecticut and New York. This will be a free event open to the public (as an aside, this event is not sponsored or affiliated with Norwalk Hospital). We are gathering speakers to provide insight into the many facets of our post-operative lives-- from tips on handling the emotional changes that follow surgery to insight into plastic surgery options, we are hoping to have something for everyone. Several vendors have also offered to attend and provide samples of a great variety of products designed for the gastric bypass patient. More news to follow.
