Hi all - I am finding in very limited experience that "all scoops aren't created equal". Th ProMod that I am currently using as my priamry source is 5grms for a very small scoop, the nectar - peach I also have has a huge scoop but each one is worth 35gms/ scoop. Is there any easy answer to this. I am trying to get the protein powder lined up before I go into the hospital in a week and a half. thanks Ann

First of all, your tastes are gonna change after the surgery. What you like today may not be a fun food for you afterward. I'm glad to see that you are reading labels - they are NOT all created equal and you will learn that as you go along.

Ann, I agree with Angel, your taste will change after surgery. For me what I found after having 4 big jars of powders in my house is trying samples, have a couple of each, try them more then one time to see if they are something that you can take often. I know some tasted so good but after the 3rd time I could not drink them anymore. I did find one (Isopure, choc) that I enjoy putting into my vanilla yogurt and it makes like a pudding treat, I top it with Cool Whip Free. Read labels they are so many different way and amount that you really have to read, choose what is best of you. Best of luck hun ~hugs~ Debra P 285/229/125??
